Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design
Ventilation design is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, regulatory documentation (DBN V.2.5-67:2013, SanPiN, GOST), reference materials, and the recommendations and requirements for operational conditions from equipment manufacturers and suppliers. When designing ventilation systems, architectural solutions of the building, the purpose of the premises, as well as the interior and design are taken into account. Duct routing, equipment selection, and visible system elements (vent grilles, inspection and adjustment hatches, etc.) are coordinated during the ventilation design process.
Ventilation system design includes::
- Aerodynamic calculation (in the form of a table titled "Technical Specifications of Ventilation Equipment");
- Floor plans with duct routing, placement, and reference of ventilation elements in the design (including equipment model and dimensions), ventilation grilles, and air ducts;
- Selection and placement of ventilation grilles;
- Axonometric diagram of the system;
- Recommended connection (piping) scheme for the air heater (calorifier);
- Specification of equipment and materials;
- Air exchange rates for ventilation and air conditioning systems in different types of premises.
Design of Internal Water Supply and Sewage Systems
The design of the internal water supply and sewage system is carried out in accordance with DBN V.2.5-64:2012 “Internal Water Supply and Sewerage. Part 1 – Design. Part 2 – Construction”, based on the manufacturer's equipment technology and taking into account the client’s preferences.
The water supply and sewage system design includes:
- Hydraulic calculation
- Selection of water heater or heat exchanger for hot water supply, pumps, manifold units, and drainage pumps (if necessary)
- Selection and layout of components
- Routing of water supply risers, pipelines, and sewage lines
- Floor plans showing placement and reference of plumbing fixtures, manifold units, and pipelines (including equipment model and dimensions)
- Axonometric diagram of the water supply and sewage systems, and the connection diagram of the manifold unit
- Specification of equipment and materials
- Calculation of water supply (consumption) and wastewater volumes
